Customer Service Representative (CSR) – Indianola

We are looking for a CSR for our Indianola location.  The position entails being a teller plus opening, closing and maintaining checking accounts, savings accounts, certificate of deposits, IRA’s, safe deposit boxes, ATM/Debit Cards and Internet Banking.  This position travels to bank branches to help cover when needed.

Qualified candidates have great customer service skills, the ability to multi-task, have computer skills, and we prefer a minimum of two years banking experience.  A regular working shift is between the hours of 7 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday- Friday and some Saturdays between the hours of 7 a.m. to 12 p.m.

 

Customer Service Representative (CSR) - Carlisle

We are looking for a CSR for our Carlisle location.  The position entails being a teller plus opening, closing and maintaining checking accounts, savings accounts, certificate of deposits, IRA’s, safe deposit boxes, ATM/Debit Cards and Internet Banking. 

Qualified candidates have great customer service skills, the ability to multi-task, computer skills, and we prefer a minimum of two years banking experience.  A regular working shift is 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday- Thursday, between the hours of 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. Fridays and some Saturdays 8 a.m. to 12 p.m.
