New Account Manager, Indianola

We are looking for a New Account Manager for our Indianola location. This position provides supervision to Indianola CSRs and Community Bankers. Also, keeps up-to-date on vendor updates such as merchant processing, credit cards, check vender, etc. and trains the Retail Banking staff on these updates. This position opens, closes and maintains checking accounts, savings accounts, certificate of deposits, IRA’s, safe deposit boxes, ATM/Debit Cards, and online banking. The position assists the VP of Retail Banking.

Qualified candidates have great customer service skills; able to multitask; have computer skills; and a minimum of 3 years banking experience. Previous supervisory experience preferred.

 A regular working shift is between the hours of 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday to Friday and some Saturdays 8 a.m. to 12 p.m.
