COVID 19 Branch Hours and Information

Seymour re-opened its drive-up this morning.
Today we started a new rotation schedule for our employees, so there may be times when your favorite personal banker isn't in the branch. We're doing all we can to practice responsible social distancing AND continue to provide essential banking services. We have a large contigency (for us) of employees now working from home, so we are full steam ahead!

If you have a credit card with TCM Bank, watch your email and mailbox for information. They are offering several forms of assistance to customers experiencing financial heardships.

Our Seymour branch drive-up will reopen on Monday to customers. We were notified Friday that our employees were not exposed to COVID-19.
Our drive-up is open from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday through Friday. To access your safe deposit box, please call 641-898-2284 to make an appointment. You will be required to answer questions about your medical condition before being allowed to enter.
In order to protect the safety of our customers and employees, we closed the branch immediately Wednesday when we learned of a potential exposure. We followed recommendations to have the branch deep cleaned and disinfected.
Updated March 26:
- Monday to Friday: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
- Saturday: 8 a.m. to Noon
Loan and safe-deposit box customers may enter the Indianola, Carlisle, and Pleasantville branches by appointment only, and will be asked to complete a health questionnaire upon entering.
We encourage customers to use online/mobile banking tools to conduct everyday business. Use the ATM to get cash.
