Donations/Sponsorships

When the community calls, Peoples Bank responds. Each year, we help sponsors hundreds of community events, projects, and celebrations in communities throughout Warren, Marion, Wayne, and Appanoose Counties.

If it weren't for our communities, we wouldn’t be here. That’s why we see ourselves as a genuine community partner responsible for providing much-needed financial support to a wide variety of organizations.

We’ve grouped our major projects here, by branch, for you to see all of the activities we sponsored in 2019.

Each year, Peoples Bank awards six $1,000 scholarships to graduating high school seniors, who have demonstrated a commitment to community involvement, and plan on furthering their education. Winners are chosen anonymously based on their school activities, community involvement, and essay answers.

The only qualification is they attend one of the following high schools: Carlisle, Indianola, Knoxville, Pleasantville, Seymour, and Southeast Warren. Applications are now being accepted for 2022 high school seniors in those communities: mybankpsb.com/2023-pbscholarship.

While we’d love to be able to fund every request, that’s not always possible. We stretch our dollars to meet the needs of our communities. Our focus is always local first. We give priority to requests that come from within our branch communities in Warren, Marion, Wayne, and Appanoose Counties.
